Dr Jones’ office and staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful to their patients. The dental care is of utmost importance to Dr Jones - he treats you as he would a family member. I always feel confident that I’m getting the best care in Tyler and would recommend this practice to anyone looking for an exceptional dentist and staff.

Very friendly staff and overall a Great Dentist! He comes up with a treatment plan and doesnt try to upsale anything. He is very caring and professional makes each visit makes you feel like family. I 100% recommend this practice for your family.

Words can’t express how thankful I am for Dr. Jones and his staff. It’s not just the excellent dental care I have received, but experiencing the most welcoming atmosphere at each appointment. I cried in my car after my last appointment because I couldn’t believe how great my teeth looked. Dr. Jones gave me back my confidence and my true smile I have missed for years.

Doctor Jones is terrific. I’m 80 and had LOTS of work over years and he’s at the top of my list. Plus on screen pictures and explanations of problem and fix are a bonus.
